We are excited to have partnered with Tennessee Storm Shelters to provide you with the safety and security you crave for you and your family. We are offering two types-Above and below ground. Here is what you need to know:
Our Twin Oaks team members are prepared to help you determine which size and type best suits your needs.
It takes five to six weeks to get installed from time of purchase. Don’t delay!
A non-refundable security deposit of $1500 is required at purchase. The remainder will be due at install.
Above-ground shelters that will be outside need to be on a concrete pad. Tennessee Storm Shelters can pour the pad for an additional $2000.

Both types of shelters are rated to withstand F5 tornado events.
